Job Title: Mental Health Clinician (Outpatient/Field Based) Division/Program: Adult Full Service Partnership Starting Compensation: 75000 - 85000 USD Per Year Working Location: Fresno, CA Working Hours/Shift: Work Schedule: Option to work either Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM or a 4 day/10 hour schedule (Monday–Thursday or Tuesday–Friday). One (1) year of direct service experience in a mental health setting is required (student internship and/or practicum time may be substituted). Experience in a community-based therapy setting preferred. Mental Health Specialist II: Licensed as AMFT, ACSW, or APCC required. Mental Health Specialist III: Licensed as LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC required. Valid California Driver's License required and meet Agency driver eligibility criteria. How you will make a difference: Identifies immediate risks and needs of and family and develops a plan to address them in collaboration with the treatment team. Identifies ongoing treatment needs and develops plans, diagnoses, and updates problem lists as needed. Incorporates Trauma-Informed Care (TIC) and Motivational Interviewing into services. Facilitate treatment team meetings. Uses a “whatever it takes” approach to provide services in various settings, including homes, schools/work, and community and office settings. Provides services, including individual, family, and group therapy and collateral, to youth/TAY and their families, as deemed necessary and appropriate through the assessment process and in collaboration with the treatment team. Services are to be short-term, as longer-term services and resources are identified. Available for 24/7 on-call services to assist in crisis intervention and to provide support for problem resolution. On-call is scheduled on a rotating basis. Uses a personal vehicle to drive to and from off-site locations to provide services. May be required to transport participants and/or family members in a personal vehicle. Placement within the grade is determined based on experience, internal equity, and other factors permitted by law. Requirements
