The Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is rooted in the belief that people deserve access to the right level of care at the right time. Designed for individuals whose needs extend beyond traditional outpatient therapy but do not require residential treatment, IOP offers a compassionate, structured pathway toward stability, recovery, and hope. This program serves individuals navigating substance use challenges, often alongside co-occurring mental health of developmental needs. Our team meets clients where they are, providing comprehensive, trauma-informed care that recognizes the complexity of each person’s lived experience. Through 9+ hours of weekly treatment, including three, three-hour group sessions, individual therapy, and peer support, clients receive consistent connection, accountability, and encouragement as they work toward lasting change. Many of the individuals we serve are involved in the legal system, while others choose IOP voluntarily after recognizing the traditional outpatient services were not enough. Regardless of referral source, our approach remains the same: treat every client with dignity, respect, and a belief in their capacity for growth. A defining strength of our program is its integration with the Adult Intensive Services campus, allowing clients to access a wide range of therapeutic supports such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), trauma-informed groups, and other evidence-based interventions. For team members, this collaboration creates an environment of shared purpose, learning, and collective impact. Working in IOP means being part of a mission-driven team that shows up consistently for people during some of the most challenging moments of their lives, offering structure, connection, and the possibility of meaningful recovery. This position includes eligibility for a monthly performance bonus.
