Nestled in the heart of Dodgeville, Wisconsin, our residential treatment program serves adults ages 18–64 with compassion, integrity, and an unwavering dedication to their journey. We’re looking for a few Mental Health Technician to join our operations team, who want to make a real difference while working in a meaningful, mission-driven environment. This is more than a job—it’s a chance to be the steady presence during vulnerable moments and the first warm welcome for clients taking courageous steps toward recovery!
Requirements
- A high school diploma or GED (required), and at least 18 years old.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- CPR & First Aid certified—or willing to get certified.
- Experience or strong interest in addiction recovery or human services.
- The ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- A passion for helping others heal!
Responsibilities
- Provide transportation to clients on an individual and group level, including to appointments, to/from the airport, and group outings.
- Complete the intake process when clients arrive to treatment (including going through consent forms, giving a facility tour, and answering questions).
- Conduct routine vitals and wellness checks and document client progress.
- Be a calm, compassionate presence in emergencies or moments of need.
- Participate in group activities and client engagement when appropriate.
