The Licensed Independent Practitioner (LIP) Therapist provides person-centered, trauma-informed, and recovery-oriented therapy services to individuals experiencing substance use disorders and co-occurring disorders. This role involves conducting biopsychosocial assessments, developing and reviewing individualized treatment plans, facilitating group and individual counseling sessions, family therapy, couples therapy and documenting participant progress in compliance with Missouri Department of Mental Health (DMH) and agency standards.
