About The Position

The Mental Health Therapist works under the supervision of the Practice Manager to provide clinical assessment, referral and/or counseling for mental health problems. This position is employed by Mosaic Life Care.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Counseling or Master's Degree in Social Work is required.
• LCSW - Licensed Clinical Social Worker or LPC - Licensed Prof Counselor is required.
• 3 years of Clinical experience is preferred.

Nice To Haves

• C.E.A.P./A.A.M.F.T. certified is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide assessment, diagnosis, counseling, and follow-up to clients.
• Maintains and interprets documentation of clinical work and other statistically relevant data; meeting quality assurance standards.
• Provides assessment, counseling and/or referral services to patients at Mosaic Outpatient Behavioral Health or Mosaic Counseling Care.
• Other duties as assigned
