Requirements
- Bachelorâs Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 5+ years of HVAC design experience
- 3+ years of project management experience
- Demonstrated experience in technical leadership, overseeing projects and working with clients
Nice To Haves
- PE License preferred
- Local municipality and government agency experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Supervise/coordinate projects with other departments
- Prepare construction drawings/specification for public and private bidding
- Direct communication with clients regarding project coordination
- Provide technical leadership, production/scheduling, quality control and cost proposals
- Supervise junior staff
