Requirements

  • Previous automotive sales experience preferred (luxury experience a plus)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to earn
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Ability to work evenings and Saturdays

Responsibilities

  • Assist clients in selecting and leasing or purchasing new and pre-owned vehicles
  • Present and demonstrate new Mercedes-Benz cars, SUVs, and Sprinter vans
  • Deliver an exceptional luxury customer experience from initial contact to delivery
  • Build and maintain a strong client base through follow-up and referrals
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, features, and current incentives
  • Work leads from showroom traffic, phone inquiries, and internet opportunities
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales and CSI objectives
