This role works closely with sales, creative, sourcing, and production teams to help ensure projects are completed accurately, on time, and within budget. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and interested in learning apparel production, promotional merchandise sourcing, and project management.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in apparel, promotional products, print, or a related field (or relevant internship experience).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Clear communication skills and willingness to collaborate.

Nice To Haves

  • Exposure to apparel decoration or promotional products.
  • Familiarity with sourcing tools (ASI, SAGE) is a plus but not required.
  • Experience in a production, print, or marketing environment is helpful.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing multiple merchandise and apparel projects from concept through delivery.
  • Help maintain production timelines and track project milestones.
  • Support sales teams by helping translate client needs into production details.
  • Facilitate regular client meetings; deliver clear presentations on project statuses.
  • Assist with tracking pricing, budgets, and basic cost details.
  • Help source apparel and promotional products through approved vendors.
  • Troubleshoot issues and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Coordinate basic decoration methods such as screen printing, embroidery, and heat transfer.
  • Work with design teams to prepare artwork for production.
  • Review proofs and samples for accuracy and flag any issues.
  • Support communication between sales, creative, production, and fulfillment teams.
  • Provide updates on project status and timelines.
  • Assist with projects tied to marketing campaigns and client initiatives.
  • Help maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
  • Request quotes, track lead times, and follow up on orders.
  • Assist in monitoring inventory and production schedules.
  • Help coordinate kitting, packing, and shipping of merchandise.
  • Support company stores, employee programs, and event distribution.
  • Track shipments to ensure timely delivery.
  • Other duties.
