Your role as a Merchandiser Full Time As a Full-Time Merchandiser at Viking Coca-Cola, you will immerse yourself in a dynamic role that's crucial to our success. Your mission will be to stock existing shelf space, ensuring our products remain not only available but also visually appealing to customers. You'll refresh immediate consumption coolers and cold drink equipment, while skillfully building and maintaining package-specific displays that align with our high standards. Your keen attention to detail will ensure product rotation for freshness while upholding our merchandising protocols. Keeping our backroom tidy and organized will also be part of your responsibilities, along with the ability to condense and rotate inventory as required. Providing exceptional customer service will be key as you engage with customers and store managers. Requirements

Strong interpersonal skills
Valid driver's license
Current automobile insurance
Successful completion of a Motor Vehicle Check are critical to meet our Vehicle Safety Policy, as you'll use your personal vehicle for work.
Ability to operate manual pallet jacks and 2- and 4-wheel carts is vital, enabling you to skillfully maneuver loads of up to 2,200 pounds.
Flexibility is also key, as your schedule may include weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

Stocks existing shelf space at stores.
Stocks all immediate consumption coolers and cold drink equipment.
Builds and maintains package specific displays in compliance with company standards.
Maintains merchandising standards while rotating products to assure freshness.
Maintains clean and organized products in the back-room, including condensing and rotating product.
Ensures high level of friendly and professional customer service with customers and store managers.
Delivers driver shortages when necessary.
Maintains communication with sales reps and drivers regarding accounts.
Cleans up spills and damaged product and maintains equipment cleanliness at customer location.
Responds to customer issues and follows up as necessary.
Completes all required paper work correctly.
Collects money due on an account when required.
Performs other duties as assigned.
