Requirements

Minimum: High School Diploma or Equivalent
Minimum: Strong interpersonal, listening and communication skills with ability to problem solve.
Must hold a valid, clean NYS drivers license that is acceptable to our insurance carrier and Wright Beverage Distributing requirements, with reliable transportation.

Preferred: 1 year Merchandising experience

Responsibilities

Follow and maintain Wright Beverage Distributing Retail and Quality standards.
Adhere to Merchandiser Steps for Success.
Consistently demonstrates Wright Beverage Distributing core values.
Fill coolers, shelves and displays with Wright Beverage Distributing products.
Build and maintain displays.
Utilize supplier rebates and designated point of sale/signage.
Organize back room inventory.
Monitor all code dates in stores, pull close dated or out of code product off shelves for pick-up at next scheduled delivery.
Report back to supervisor and/or sales rep any problems or potential opportunities that may arise during the day.
Check in and out with Account Manager at each visit.
Ensure the appropriate priorities are maintained as defined by the Sales Rep/Supervisor and any direction that is given.
Work with Sales Rep/Supervisor to establish specific objectives and expectations for each assigned route.
