About The Position

Your role will be all about keeping shelves stocked, products rotated, and displays looking their best. From organizing coolers to maintaining tidy storage rooms, you’ll ensure everything is in top shape for customers to enjoy. You'll also work closely with our Delivery Drivers, Sales Representatives, and store staff to make things run smoothly. Merchandise all company all company products in line with company guidelines, focusing on rotation, brand flow, schematics, and keeping shelves clean and orderly throughout the store. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by being professional, respectful, and attentive. Be ready to help with any service needs, ensuring everything is handled with care and accuracy. Ability to service all company-related accounts. Set up and maintain product displays to meet both company and account expectations, keeping inventory levels consistent and ensuring proper rotation of products. Follow company and account procedures when working in stores, including signing in/out, placing pallets on the sales floor, using equipment properly, and sticking to scheduled service times. Keep the backroom neat and organized by managing inventory, disposing of trash, handling breakage, and stacking empty pallets or shells. Ensure all Point of Sale materials are up-to-date and let the Sales Representative know if anything needs to be replaced or reordered. Share updates about accounts, inventory levels, and shelf space opportunities with your manager and Sales Representative to keep everything running smoothly.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED Required.
  • All employees must meet company standards for driving a company vehicle, pass a pre-employment drug screen, and background check.
