About The Position

We are hiring immediately for a Metal Fabricator in Fort Myers. If you have hands-on fabrication or welding experience and are looking for steady work with a growing company, we want to talk to you.

Requirements

• Experience in metal fabrication or welding preferred
• Ability to read blueprints and use fabrication tools
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods
• Dependable and ready to work

Nice To Haves

• AWS certification is a plus (not required)

Responsibilities

• Measure, mark, cut, and shape metal materials to specifications
• Operate fabrication equipment including rollers, drill presses, flame cutters, brakes, and shears
• Read and interpret blueprints and fabrication drawings
• Fabricate and assemble metal components and structures
• Grind, finish, and inspect completed work for quality
• Follow all safety standards and procedures
• Complete job reports and support production needs
