Methods Process Analyst (Associate, Mid-Level, or Experienced) Methods Analysis Company: The Boeing Company Boeing Commercial Airplanes is seeking multiple highly-motivated and talented Methods Process Analysts (Associate, Mid-Level, or Experienced) to support our factory and field 2nd shift operations in either Renton, WA or Seattle, WA. Our Methods Process Analysts will focus on production stability, implementing lean methodologies, assessing and performing to rate readiness requirements, as well as improving quality through root cause analysis. Candidates will be engaging with all manufacturing, engineering, and production-supporting organizations and should be a self-starter as well as a collaborative team player. Position Overview: The selected candidates will join the team as a key integrator for the Industrial Engineering function in supporting operations. The role includes facilitating production tiered meetings, responding to queries from multiple organizations, identifying gaps in processes and standardizing work across all production lines, flow days and shops. The position includes being proficient in current factory and field scenario planning, such as recovery plans, milestone status, and overtime requirements. The role also includes supporting special visibility requests and complete artifact updates as required. Lastly, the candidates will be liaisons between 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift operations teams - capturing and completing Industrial Engineering actions and requests and tying in with 1st shift counterparts.
