About The Position

This position is responsible for deploying New Product into the Shiloh facility, managing and maintaining the Change Management Systems and implementing and maintaining the plant Master Data - MBOM’s, Routing, Material Status, GPR’s, Labels, etc. The Methods Tech will also work in various systems such as Connex APM, SAP, Teamcenter, and MOC.

Requirements

  • Associates Degree in a technical or business field with a minimum of 2+ years experience or 5+ years experience in an administrative position requiring a similar technical skill set.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Windows, Outlook, Word, and Excel).
  • 18 years of age or older.
  • Must be eligible to work in the US.

Nice To Haves

  • SAP, Teamcenter experience or other ERP experience.

Responsibilities

  • Deploys and facilitates New Product Introduction from material creation to Shop Active/Status 20.
  • Owns the change management process from request to implementation.
  • Coordinates and facilitates the interaction between all organizations to ensure flow of change vehicles (CR’s/CI’s/NPM’s/MOC).
  • Serves as one of the resident experts in the various change and data management systems (SAP, Teamcenter, ConneX, MOC).
  • Kicks off and monitors Workflows/Tasks for timely routing and completion.
  • Reviews change implementations for accuracy and completion.
  • Submits and facilitates rework activities as needed (Rework Travelers/EDR’s/QIM’s).
  • Accurately reviews Start Lists and Packets for on-time production release.
  • Performs Prototype reviews and implement changes after first production run.
  • Maintains and updates Global Packaging records as needed.
  • Writes effectively via e-mail or work documentation.
  • Speaks effectively to communicate technical issues or give verbal status as needed in one on one or group settings.
  • Serves as an effective member of the Methods Teams PACE plan via self-continuous improvement to be an effective Primary, Alternate, Contingency, and Emergency resource.
  • Participates in plant special projects as required/requested.
