Requirements

• Ability to perform assembly tasks, operate equipment, and handle devices
• Proficiency with metric and English measurement systems
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to follow procedures, diagrams, and work instructions
• Experience operating complex equipment such as microscopes, measuring tools, and optical inspection system.
• High School Diploma with three (3) to five (5) years of experience or Associate’s Degree with one (1) to three (3) years of experience
• U.S. Citizenship due to access restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre‑ and post‑hybridization inspection, measurement, and evaluation in accordance with Quality Assurance requirements
• Document inspection results, observations, and any damage; prepare parts for further processing
• Enter and track data in MES, SCP charts, and ERP systems for reporting and traceability
• Support root cause analysis and recommend process improvements for new designs and product optimization
• Work safely in a cleanroom environment using ESD‑safe protective wear; report unsafe conditions as needed
