RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide individual, family, and group therapy to patients experiencing a wide range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse. Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and psychiatrists, to ensure coordinated care. Provide crisis intervention and support to patients in need. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions and progress. Participate in ongoing professional development and training. Adhere to all ethical and legal guidelines for social work practice.
