Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales or customer service roles, preferably within the housing or construction industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect effectively with diverse clients and partners
  • Ability to travel frequently within your designated region for client meetings, site visits, and industry events
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and closing deals
  • Knowledge of manufactured housing products, industry regulations, or related fields
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Must be able to pass a drug test and background check
