Position Summary The Manager, Business Analysis (Individual Contributor) Oversees the implementation of information strategy and development of information products to ensure operational objectives and other strategic business initiatives are met. Responsibilities to include but limited to the following: • Attends and leads Health plan meetings for CSRA to coordinate work with internal and external business partners to meet health plan requirements and SLAs • Reviews and Approves all SCR/IIF/Change tickets for the assigned health plan • Assists, coaches, and mentors Analysts in meeting requirements set for each change request. • Responds to all Health Plan inquiries on claim and system related issues or questions. • Assignment of Change Tickets to team analyst

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of Demonstrated leadership
  • 3-5 years of project management experience
  • 3-5 years of data interpretation and analysis experience
  • Working knowledge of QXT, primarily with configuration
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
  • MS Office (Word, Access DB and Info Path etc.)
  • Extensive experience with databases as well interpretation and manipulation of related data

  • Remedy (Ticket Tracking) experience
