About The Position
Manager, Construction Management The Manager, Construction is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing assigned construction and renovation projects within the healthcare organization to ensure alignment with strategic goals, compliance with regulatory standards, and delivery on time and within budget. This role manages multiple capital improvement and infrastructure projects, working closely with internal stakeholders (clinical, administrative, and facilities teams) and external vendors (architects, contractors, consultants) to ensure healthcare facilities meet operational, safety, and patient care standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (Required)
- Degree study programs: Engineering, Architecture, or relate field required
- 3 years of construction management experience (Required)
- Excellent communication skills (Verbal and written)
- Ability to work well with a wide range of Stakeholders across many projects

- Previous experience in Healthcare Construction and/or Project Management
