The team partners closely with Technology and Development through Scrum-based workflows to resolve data issues, improve data quality, and continuously enhance processes. We foster a culture of accountability, partnership, and growth while maintaining a strong customer-focused mindset. About the Role: As the Manager, Court Services, you will be a people leader and delivery leader, responsible for managing and developing a Scrum-aligned team of court data professionals. This role is a key bridge between business operations and technology, partnering closely with Development leadership to ensure court data issues are prioritized, resolved, and delivered efficiently. You will lead a small team of direct reports in this role. This position requires a leader who can manage people, projects, and priorities while maintaining strong data quality and delivery standards.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of people leadership experience, with demonstrated ability to lead with accountability
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience
  • Experience managing work in a project-based or Scrum / Agile-aligned environment
  • Strong understanding of data operations, data quality, or data-driven workflows
  • Working knowledge of SQL (querying and basic analysis – not development-level)
  • Intermediate proficiency in Excel and experience using or creating Power BI reports
  • Proven ability to analyze metrics, interpret data, and communicate insights effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Experience partnering cross-functionally with Technology, Development, or Analytics teams
  • Customer-facing or stakeholder-management experience

Responsibilities

  • Leading, coaching, and developing a team of Court Services professionals to ensure high performance, accountability, and engagement
  • Managing and supporting a Scrum-aligned team, ensuring business priorities are effectively aligned with technology delivery
  • Partnering closely with Development leadership to coordinate sprint work, timelines, and delivery commitments
  • Overseeing and ensuring the accuracy, quality, and timeliness of court data outputs
  • Establishing, documenting, and enforcing operational standards, workflows, and procedures
  • Monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on team performance, data quality, and project progress using reporting tools and dashboards
  • Troubleshooting and resolving complex data, process, or workflow issues impacting delivery or quality
  • Facilitating collaboration and communication across cross-functional teams, external agencies, and stakeholders
  • Preparing and delivering clear updates, reports, and presentations to senior leadership and internal partners
  • Identifying and implementing continuous improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability
  • Supporting and reinforcing a customer-focused mindset across the team
