The team partners closely with Technology and Development through Scrum-based workflows to resolve data issues, improve data quality, and continuously enhance processes. About the Role: As the Manager, Court Services, you will be a people leader and delivery leader, responsible for managing and developing a Scrum-aligned team of court data professionals. This role is a key bridge between business operations and technology, partnering closely with Development leadership to ensure court data issues are prioritized, resolved, and delivered efficiently. You will lead a small team of direct reports in this role. This position requires a leader who can manage people, projects, and priorities while maintaining strong data quality and delivery standards.
