This job manages the Epic application, new development, and existing production support. Manages day-to-day individual and team dynamics, work prioritization, fiscal stewardship, and all aspects of a project life cycle. Mentors and coaches on performance development and project management and makes decisions that influence the project on a large scale. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 6 years of related healthcare or project and team management experience including two years in a supervisory/management capacity (experience should include leading large, complex system integration efforts or large software application projects).
  • Proficiency in using computers, software, and web-based applications.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills and ability to present information clearly and professionally.
  • Strong interpersonal, partnering, coaching, and mentoring skills.
  • Strong budget and schedule management skills and ability to ensure the business community is engaged in the project.
  • Problem solving and continuous process improvement skill and ability to remain dedicated to client service.
  • Time management skills and ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to pay close attention to detail and use good judgement and think clearly in complex, dynamic situations.
  • Negotiation skills and ability to work with various parties towards a mutually acceptable business solution.
  • Ability to work flexible schedule, such as evenings, nights, weekends, extended shifts, etc.

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare or business administration or related field.
