Job Summary Manage and coordinate daily activities of company operations. Participates in developing and implementing policies and procedures. Prepare financial and/or operational analyses and reports. Audits current procedures to improve efficiency of operations.

Requirements

  • Must be a minimum of 18 years of age or older
  • Must pass pre-employment assessment(s) if applicable
  • Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline.
  • Generally, 7+ years of experience in a related field.
  • May require certification.

Nice To Haves

  • Quality assurance experience.
  • Experience with full system development life cycles.
  • Payroll systems experience, especially ADP/Lawson applications.

Responsibilities

  • Manages the daily operations of the company and its various components.
  • Develops or assists with the development and implementation of policies and procedures consistent with those of the organization to ensure efficient and safe operation.
  • Creates repeatable processes and implements the best practices.
  • Reviews and interprets financial and operating information.
  • Prepares financial/business reports for senior company executives.
  • Motivates associates to achieve peak productivity and performance.
  • Supervises personnel, which includes work allocation, training, development, and problem resolution.
  • Evaluates performance and makes recommendations for personnel actions.
