Position overview The Manager, Inventory Planning/Control (EM), is responsible for providing oversight and integration of all outsourced planning activities. They are responsible for improving the processes from procure to pay, and for the development of advanced analytics and reporting capabilities in partnership with the EMSI organization and outsource partner. They will liaise with Plan and EMSI to partner on key initiatives that directly improve supply planning and the seamless two-way flow of information between MedTech Orthopaedics & external suppliers. The ideal candidate will have extensive planning experience to ensure connection of closed-loop procurement and supply planning processes. This position is expected to collaborate openly and to effectively develop key partnerships within the supply chain. As required, this position will lead or support continuous improvement of processes that improve service, quality, or cost.
