Primary Job Duties: – Includes but is not limited to: Support the development and execution of a property-wide events strategy aligned with Resorts World’s luxury brand positioning and business objectives. Manage the planning, coordination, and delivery of high-impact events, including signature property events, brand partnerships, and VIP experiences. Assist with event budgets, forecasting, timelines, program development, and cross-department coordination. Ensure established service standards are met for all property events. Support existing industry relationships and assist in cultivating new partnerships with luxury brands, entertainment companies, promoters, agencies, event producers, and cultural organizations. Assist with partnership negotiations to support revenue generation, brand visibility, and long-term collaboration opportunities. Identify event concepts and partnership activations that enhance Resorts World’s competitive positioning. Ensure events meet luxury standards and deliver exceptional guest experiences. Manage event logistics including production, staffing coordination, vendor management, safety, guest services, and post-event evaluations. Track event performance metrics and assist with reporting, insights, and optimization opportunities. Use personal device/cellular phone for job-related operational tasks, review of company documents, and communications as needed. Perform other job-related duties as requested. Qualifications: Includes but is not limited to: Excellent organizational skills to function effectively under time constraints and within established deadlines, with particular attention to detail. Ability to effectively communicate in English. Ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays. Polished appearance and demeanor. Excellent customer service skills. Ability to obtain and maintain full knowledge and understanding of company and department rules and regulations, policies and procedures. Working knowledge of Microsoft Applications. Ability to operate a copier or fax machine. Preferred: Trained in Forbes Travel Guide standards. Ability to speak more than one language. Previous experience in a large, luxury resort setting. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Events, Marketing, Business, or related field. Minimum Education and Experience: At least 21 years of age. High School Diploma or equivalent. Minimum of two years in events, food and beverage or similar role. Certificates, Licenses, Regulations: Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
