Requirements

  • Active Top Secret Clearance with Full Scope Polygraph (required)
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline from an accredited college, OR equivalent experience
  • At least 9 years of relevant experience, OR a Master’s degree with at least 7 years of relevant experience
  • Active Top Secret clearance with CI polygraph issued within the last 5 years
  • Java Spring Boot and/or Python development
  • JSON Schema design and implementation
  • Microservices architecture development
  • CI/CD tools and practices including AWS tooling, Maven, GitLab, GitOps, Kubernetes, Docker, or Ansible
  • NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or DynamoDB, including query development and schema design
  • OAuth or OIDC implementation
  • Automated testing frameworks such as Cypress or Cucumber

Nice To Haves

  • Experience modernizing legacy systems into cloud-native platforms
  • Familiarity with container orchestration and DevOps practices
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Developing Java Spring Boot microservices using AWS native services
  • Building RESTful APIs capable of handling complex data selection and filtering
  • Using Python to automate and optimize AWS resources such as Lambda, Step Functions, EC2, and S3
  • Supporting a distributed microservices architecture
  • Implementing CI/CD pipelines using Maven, GitLab, and GitOps practices
  • Participating in Agile development cycles and iterative releases
  • Collaborating closely with teammates to refine requirements and deliver solutions
  • Ensing applications meet performance, reliability, and security expectations
