The Solution Architect for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) serves as the senior technical and functional leader responsible for guiding clients through the design, development, and implementation of D365 CE and Power Platform solutions. This role requires deep expertise in the CE data model, application architecture, solution customizations, integration patterns, governance, and enterprise implementation methodologies. In addition to traditional CE architecture responsibilities, this role incorporates capabilities aligned with Microsoft FastTrack, including structured oversight, risk mitigation, enterprise deployment patterns, and familiarity with Microsoft led deployment frameworks. The architect will work with senior client stakeholders, internal teams, and Microsoft engineers to ensure successful solution delivery, and uphold best practices across the deployment lifecycle. The ideal candidate brings 7+ years of hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM and Power Platform solution delivery experience, strong consulting and communication skills, and relevant Microsoft certifications.
