About The Position

The Partner Solutions Specialist is a partner-facing enablement and sales acceleration role focused on driving Microsoft Modern Work, Copilot, and AI solution adoption. This role plays a critical role in activating partners by enabling sales and technical teams, strengthening solution readiness, and executing high-impact go-to-market motions. Working closely with Channel Managers, Microsoft field teams, and Arrow internal stakeholders, the Partner Solutions Specialist helps partners build repeatable, scalable Modern Work and Copilot-led sales motions that drive customer adoption, usage, and revenue growth. This role is ideal for a solutions-oriented operator who enjoys teaching, enabling, and accelerating partner success at scale.

Requirements

  • 3–6+ years in partner enablement, sales support, pre-sales, or channel roles
  • Experience working with or alongside Microsoft partners
  • Strong familiarity with: Microsoft Modern Work solutions Copilot for Business positioning and adoption AI concepts applied to productivity and collaboration
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into sales-ready messaging
  • Comfortable supporting multiple partners and initiatives simultaneously
  • Organized, process-oriented, and execution-focused
  • Curious and motivated to stay current with Microsoft innovation
  • Team-first, collaborative mindset
  • High energy and proactive approach
  • Strong follow-through and attention to detail
  • Confident engaging with both sales and technical audiences

Responsibilities

  • Partner Enablement & Readiness Drive partner enablement across: Microsoft Modern Work (Microsoft 365, Teams, productivity workloads) Copilot for Business use cases and adoption scenarios AI-powered productivity and collaboration solutions
  • Deliver structured enablement for partner sales and technical teams, including: Solution positioning and customer value articulation Copilot and AI use-case storytelling Sales plays, demos, and objection handling Foundational technical and pre-sales guidance Help partners translate Microsoft innovation into clear, sellable customer outcomes
  • Sales Acceleration & Field Support Support partner-facing sellers by: Reinforcing Modern Work, Copilot, and AI sales motions Assisting with opportunity qualification and solution alignment Helping partners position Copilot and AI as productivity and ROI accelerators
  • Collaborate with Channel Managers to: Execute partner activation plans Support priority GTMs and campaigns Track enablement impact and readiness progress
  • Go-To-Market Execution Execute Modern Work–led GTM initiatives including: Partner workshops and enablement sessions Webinars, campaigns, and field programs Copilot and AI adoption-focused plays Align enablement and GTM efforts to: Microsoft priorities and launch timelines Arrow cloud and productivity growth initiatives
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration Work cross-functionally with Arrow teams including: Channel and partner management Cloud and productivity sales Marketing and enablement Coordinate with Microsoft stakeholders to: Stay aligned to Modern Work, Copilot, and AI strategy Reinforce consistent messaging and execution in the field
