As the AV Technician, you will be an on-site, full-time dedicated technician at the TECOM Building 2007. In this role, you will provide comprehensive AV support for all systems and equipment, ensuring minimal AV downtime. Your responsibilities will include performing preventive maintenance inspections (PMIs), making necessary adjustments, calibrations, and repairs to the AV systems, and providing before- and after-hours AV maintenance support.

Requirements

Certification: CTS
Minimum of 3 years of experience as an AV Technician in a corporate setting
Strong knowledge of AV system design and installation principles
Experience performing preventive maintenance inspections (PMIs) on AV systems and equipment
Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex AV systems and equipment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide high-quality customer service to end-users
Ability to work independently and in a team environment, with minimal supervision

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive AV support for all systems and equipment.
Perform preventive maintenance inspections (PMIs) on AV systems and equipment.
Make necessary adjustments, calibrations, and repairs to AV systems and equipment.
Act as the principal performer for On-site Technical Support.
Document all maintenance activities in a timely manner.
Maintain a clean and organized AV maintenance work area.
Work with other technicians and teams to resolve complex AV system issues.
