About The Position

What you will be doing:
Develop strategic case direction based on legal and factual analysis
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and legal memoranda
Take and defend depositions; manage discovery disputes

Requirements

• 2+ years of commercial litigation experience (federal litigation preferred)
• Strong legal research, analysis, and writing skills
• Effective courtroom and negotiation presence
• Ability to manage cases from start to resolution
