The Boeing Company is looking for a Mid-Level Product Specialist to join the team in Seattle, WA; Everett, WA; or North Charleston, SC. In this role within the Information Technology (IT) Workplace Solutions organization, you will support Mac and Windows environments as part of the Client Computing team. You’ll balance empathy for end users with a strong understanding of business needs and enterprise standards, collaborating across teams to design, implement, and maintain solutions that improve the employee experience and support organizational goals.

  • Serve as a key focal for Apple Macintosh Hardware and Operating System (OS) & Windows Personal Computer (PC) Hardware for Enterprise
  • Manage the product lifecycle and vendor partnerships for PC and Mac accessories
  • Review non-standard justifications for Client Hardware and Software
  • Analyze, collect, and document feedback and improvements from the user community
  • Document requirements and implement changes improving user experience while enabling the business
  • Partner with Enterprise functions to implement process and technical improvements
  • Manage ticket queue and address tickets based upon priority, escalating to subject matter experts as needed
  • Manage and improve help desk knowledge base articles based on problem frequency and known resolutions
  • Update and enhance knowledge base articles based on end-user interactions and feedback
  • Test feature releases and communicate with end users about release plans
  • Drive continuous improvement and modernization efforts
  • Design and implement tailored approaches to collect user feedback
  • Capture improvement opportunities, rank them by impact, and drive implementation
  • Partner with end users and the business to gather feedback and understand issues with Apple and PC accessories
  • Prioritize and implement improvements across multiple Business Units
  • Track improvement initiatives and share status updates with stakeholders
  • 3+ years of experience using/supporting/troubleshooting Apple Devices
  • 3+ years of experience analyzing and capturing user feedback and requirements
  • Experience with personal computing systems and product design
  • Experience building cross-functional teams and partnerships with multiple stakeholders within the company, engineering and test
  • Experience with Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) at a global delivery scale
  • Apple Certified IT Professional or Apple Certified System Administrator (ACSA) certification
  • Experience with Bash and Python scripting
  • Experience with networking basics
  • Experience developing applications for Macintosh Operating System (macOS) and iPhone Operating System (iOS)
