About The Position

We’re looking for a motivated and results-driven Mid-Market Account Executive to join our newly formed Mid-Market sales team based out of Pittsburgh, PA. In this role, you’ll be on the front lines of driving revenue—proactively identifying prospects, creating your own leads, and building relationships that turn into long-term customers. You’ll work closely with your Mid-Market Sales Leader, follow a proven playbook, and contribute to shaping a high-performance sales culture from day one. Why Green Cabbage? Requirements

  • 3-5 years Sales Experience (SDR/BDR/Inside Sales)
  • Proven track record of closing deals
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Comfortable making a high volume of outreach attempts daily.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales engagement tools is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, coachable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Prospecting & Lead Qualification
  • Create your own leads through calls, emails, and social outreach.
  • Research and identify target accounts within our ideal customer profile.
  • Qualify prospects using defined criteria to ensure strong fit and sales readiness.
  • Maintain a high daily activity level while focusing on quality conversations.
  • Sales Execution
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demos (virtually).
  • Navigate buying processes and overcome objections to advance deals.
  • Manage opportunities through the pipeline from initial contact to close.
  • Collaboration & Feedback
  • Partner with Marketing on targeted campaigns to support outreach efforts.
  • Share insights from prospect interactions to help refine messaging and outreach strategies.
  • Coordinate with Customer Success for smooth handoffs and exceptional onboarding experiences.
  • Metrics & Reporting
  • Track all activities, opportunities, and outcomes in the CRM (HubSpot).
  • Consistently meet or exceed quota for qualified opportunities and closed deals.
  • Monitor personal performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
