MIDDLE SCHOOL PRINCIPAL 2026-2027 SCHOOL YEAR July 1, 2026 Start Date 240 DAY CONTRACT PER DISTRICT SALARY SCHEDULE Annual Compensation $96,900 ARKANSAS CERTIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE PREFERRED Fountain Lake Cobra Middle School houses 5th-8th grade (approximately 100 students per grade) with a focus on academic achievement, character development, and career exploration. The ideal candidate will possess a strong academic background, proven leadership ability, and an innovative approach to teaching. This school offers an individualized approach to each student’s education. The principal serves as the leader of a hands-on team of educators dedicated to the success of all students.
