About The Position
The Middle School Science Teacher will facilitate a vibrant, relevant, and challenging science program for all learners. The Middle School Science Teacher will provide opportunities to acquire science knowledge and skills and to ignite a passion for science. The Teacher will be an essential member of the science curriculum development team, along with the Middle School administration and the Middle School science faculty. As an advisor, the Middle School Science Teacher will commit to getting to know their advisees and their families well. With this foundation, the advisor will serve as the nexus of communication between home and school, promote social-emotional development, and offer appropriate guidance and care for members of their advisory group.
