About The Position

Capgemini is seeking a Principal-level Delivery Leader to serve as the senior integration and middleware authority for our client. Client is in early stages of building an enterprise integration capability ("Power Fabric") that will serve as a critical backbone for broader digital and AI transformation across the utility. The leader will help shape that program from the ground up. Serve as Capgemini's senior delivery leader and primary point of accountability for all middleware and integration engagements. Build a trusted advisory relationship with client's VP of Middleware and Integration, operating as an embedded thought partner Lead team formation, delivery architecture, and engagement scaling as the Power Fabric program matures Collaborate with Capgemini account leadership to identify and shape emerging opportunities across client's integration modernization agenda

Requirements

  • 15+ years in enterprise integration and middleware delivery, with a track record leading large-scale programs in complex environments
  • Deep fluency across major integration platforms (MuleSoft, Azure Integration Services, IBM MQ/WebSphere, SAP Integration Suite, or equivalent)
  • Experience in regulated industries - utilities, energy, or critical infrastructure strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to build delivery capability from the ground up, including team formation and governance design
  • Executive presence and relationship instincts; comfort operating with ambiguity and earning trust with new stakeholders
  • Consulting delivery background preferred

Responsibilities
