About The Position

Summit Federal Services, LLC (SFS) with headquarters in Oakland, Maryland, is a fast-growing woman owned Small Business and HUBZone company with an outstanding record of performance providing more effective and efficient acquisition, business process, training, IT, administrative and security services to multiple federal agencies. SFS is looking for a Military Analyst FFID to support the U.S Army Aviation Center of Excellence located at Fort Rucker AL. The objective of this contract is to provide expert business, analytical, and technical support to the AVCOE G-5, directly contributing to the achievement of its strategic goals. By supporting the five core lines of effort – Aviation Enterprise Synchronization, Strategic Communication Alignment, Future Aviation Capability Input, Strengthened Foreign Liaison Program, and Proactive Strategic Planning Cycle – the Contractor will facilitate informed decision-making aligned with Army priorities and ensure continuity of support for Aviation Warfighters worldwide, spanning locations at Fort Rucker, AL, Fort Eustis, VA, and Fort Huachuca, AZ. Experience, Knowledge and Skills: Must have at least 10 years of experience as a Planner/Military Analyst in Army Aviation. Expertise may come from rotary wing, fixed wing, or unmanned aerial systems (UAS) operations. Experience stemming from service at the Aviation Center of Excellence (AVCOE), Combined Arms Center (CAC), Training & Doctrine Command (TRADOC), or Army Futures Command (AFC) is preferred. Must be an energetic collaborator, who can integrate people from different teams and echelons, clearly articulate project outcomes, track deliverables and project status, and brief on overall project status. Requirements
