The expected qualifications for the person filling this position are as follows: Must have at least 10 years of experience as a Planner/Military Analyst in Army Aviation. Expertise may come from rotary wing, fixed wing, or unmanned aerial systems (UAS) Must have experience as a qualified Army Functional Area 49 (Army Operations Research/System Analysis) or equivalent. Experience stemming from service at the Aviation Center of Excellence (AVCOE), Combined Arms Center (CAC), Training & Doctrine Command (TRADOC), or Army Futures Command (AFC) is preferred. Must be an energetic collaborator, who can integrate people from different teams and echelons, clearly articulate project outcomes, track deliverables and project status, and brief on overall project status. Preferable to have served previously in the AVCOE DOTD, or as a Capability Manager, or Army Futures Command, preferably in an Aviation CDID role. Must have an active personnel security clearance at the Secret Security Clearance level The location is Fort Rucker, AL
