The Military Engines Sustainment Quality team is looking for a Supplier Quality Assurance/Analyst who is energetic and motivated to join the Supplier Quality Team to manage the supply base in conducting system, process and product audits, initiate and manage Quality Data, support suppliers and be instrumental in driving RCCA in the supply base.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree with or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years of SQA/SQE experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience.
  • AS9100/9110 audit experience.
  • Ability to travel as required.
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and conduct quality system, process, and product audits; update digital audit system and issue corrective actions as required.
  • Actively work within the SAP system to process/close out quality notifications (QN), research component/module history and identify service master activity.
  • Manage supplier quality issues through monitoring / escalation processes, escape management and processing of supplier submission of non-conforming material.
  • Facilitate investigations to determine root cause and corrective actions while preventing future recurrence.
  • Generate and modify applicable quality-controlled documentation to ensure processes and requirements are clearly defined.
