Become part of our great team as a Mill Operator. The operator uses a mill to convert raw materials into compounded rubber. Those compounded rubber materials are used to make Parco's products.
Requirements
- Minimum experience: six months as a compounder.
- Must have a working knowledge of the mixing characteristics of Parco's Compounds.
- Minimum education: 12th grade or equivalent.
- Must read, write, and speak English.
- Must be able to operate a forklift.
Responsibilities
- Completes weekly time card.
- Follows mixing schedule.
- Follows safety rules.
