About The Position
Maintain all equipment in the plant. The hourly rate for this position is $25.64 per hour. Daily Job Duties: Use mechanical and power tools to repair mill equipment. Perform preventative maintenance. Learn and use work order system. Be able to do minor maintenance on all equipment Read schematics, and instruction manuals to make equipment repairs Welding & Fabrication for repairs and install of mill equipment. Work on and maintain hydraulic and pneumatic units and devices. Properly repair and install mechanical parts for equipment Operate Forklift – as required. Follow all applicable safety rules. Work regularly scheduled shifts Work scheduled overtime – as required Work as relieve operator Works in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner.
