As a Millwright , you won’t just maintain machinery, you’ll be the expert others rely on to keep operations moving safely, smoothly, and efficiently. Requirements

  • Strong mechanical aptitude.
  • Ability to problem solve in team and individual environment.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work daily with integrity and to uphold organizational values and ethics.
  • Must be able to work at a high level of accuracy and thoroughness.
  • Candidates may be required to satisfy additional job-related requirements, including those established and controlled by third parties, as part of the selection process.
  • Visual acuity (e.g., needed to prepare and analyze data, to transcribe documents, to view a computer, to read, to inspect objects, to operate machinery.
  • Balancing (e.g. maintaining equilibrium when walking, climbing, crouching, etc.)

  • Expertise in: EXCEL, WORD, CADD (Revit/Bentley)
  • Ability to wear a mask, respirator, bullet proof vest, or other equipment.
  • Ability to regularly perform all job functions at Company’s office or worksite.
  • Ability to withstand environmental conditions (e.g. extreme heat or cold, grass, wind, sand, fumes, odors, gases, extreme noise, etc.)

Responsibilities

  • Installs and adjusts machinery and equipment.
  • Performs preventative maintenance on machinery and equipment.
  • Rebuilds pumps and cylinders.
  • Reads blueprints and schematic drawings to determine work process.
  • Cleans and inspects presses and tooling using precision measuring devices.
  • Works on building structures such as overhead doors and jib cranes.
