Compensation You Can Count On We offer a transparent, competitive, and motivating pay structure: Total Expected Earnings: $15–$20+/hour on average Base Pay: $12/hour Commission: Uncapped commission, with typical earnings adding an extra $3–$8/hour Bilingual Spanish Pay Differential available If you love helping people and are driven by results, the earning potential is limitless.
