Conduct any necessary research and complete an accurate mobile check deposit review Investigate potential risk/fraudulent activity Place holds to reduce the exposure of risk to the bank and ensure holds are compliant Accurate completion of hold release requests Complete MCD daily report reviews Initiate internal account closings/reversals Initiate Verafin cases Professionally communicate via phone, email and/or letters with other bank employees, financial institutions, account holders, and/or makers Complete large volumes of work accurately and in a timely manner, while ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and assigned approval limits Make decisions on routine issues in accordance with MCD guidelines and assigned approval limits Provide branch and contact center assistance with minimal assistance Regular and predictable attendance and punctuality Other duties as assigned Position level will be dependent upon internal and external experience Physical Requirements: Must be able to remain in a sitting stationary position for extended periods of time Constantly operate a computer and other office machinery Ability to lift up to 25 pounds FCBI is an equal opportunity employer.
