Summer Seasonal - May to Mid-August - (On campus driver) Guest Relations Division Reports to the Guest Relations Retail Director Job Summary: Assist in the comprehensive daily operations of driving and setting up a Concession Truck. Key responsibilities include driving and parking a large concession truck, managing point-of-sale transactions, operating specialty equipment (espresso and shaved ice machines), and maintaining accurate inventory. While serving guests with a great attitude and having fun even when working in a fast-paced environment Summary of Essential Functions: Provide excellent customer service and be able to solve any issue that may arise in a timely manner. Safety must be a priority while driving and operating the Concession Truck Safely drive, park, and set up the Concession Truck at designated locations. Perform daily safety checks (fuel, generator, lights, tires, fluids, etc.) report issues to our Maintenance Department in a timely manner. Operate and serve in all aspects of the Concession Truck including but not limited to espresso machine, grinders, blenders, coffee maker, and shaved ice machine, POS System Ability to learn how to fully operate all aspects of our retail point of sale system Maintain equipment, restock supplies, maintain cleanliness in the truck and follow local health department guidelines. Valid state driver’s license and must be at least 19 years to drive and operate the Concession Truck. Ability to communicate with customers in a friendly manner in a high volume and fast-paced environment. Ability to work in hot, humid, and rainy conditions. Strong communication and cash-handling skills. Ability to perform multiple tasks and details and perform assigned duties in a pleasant and competent manner.
