Requirements

Highly organized with strong communication skills
Personable, professional, and customer-focused
Able to balance scheduling, outreach, and operational tasks
Drug Screen and background check required

Nice To Haves

Previous service, scheduling, or dispatch experience is a plus

Responsibilities

Manage schedules for 2 Mobile Service vehicles and 2 technicians
Coordinate appointments and daily routing
Contact potential business clients and retail guests to grow Mobile Service volume
Maintain strong guest relationships and handle follow-ups
Ensure all Ford Mobile Service program requirements and compliance are met
Support technicians, manage inventory needs, and assist with reporting/documentation
