About The Position

The Vehicle Purchasing Administrator is responsible for handling all dealer paperwork to process vehicle purchases from the MVP’s. Reviews vehicle titles, processes payments, and other administrative tasks associated with purchasing vehicles. Also provides updates to sellers and MobilityWorks staff on vehicle pickup and title status.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 3 + years of inventory and sales experience
  • Excellent customer service skills and experience is required
  • Solid verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills are required
  • Competency using MS Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • Experience working independently with minimal supervision is required
  • Candidates must successfully complete criminal and motor vehicle background check

Responsibilities

  • Process WAV purchases in MobilityWorks system
  • Provides sellers appropriate documentation to finalize purchase
  • Works with and assists Vehicle Transportation Manager on arranging transportation
  • Updates sellers and MobilityWorks taff on vehicle pickup and title status
