We are hosting an Open Call Audition for Model Cocktail Server and Host positions at Absinthe Las Vegas . These roles are performance-driven hospitality positions designed for individuals who thrive in high-energy, guest-facing environments and who bring presence, confidence, and personality to everything they do. Model Cocktail Server A performance-forward service role focused on creating unforgettable guest experiences through elevated hospitality, presence, charm, and improvisation. This position blends service, modeling, and live interaction in a high-profile entertainment environment. Host The first impression of the guest experience. Hosts at Absinthe lead guest flow, manage arrival rituals, guide seating, and set the tone for the entire evening. This role blends hospitality precision with theatrical timing and elevated presence.
