About The Position

Modeling and Simulations Specialist The Opportunity: As an expert in defense missions, your unique background inspires you to think bigger, push further, and ask questions others don’t. We need your extensive industry knowledge and advisory skills to solve some of our clients’ most complex problems—and find solutions that keep our nation safe. As a Modeling Simulations Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing realistic simulated training environments that support USNORTHCOM mission requirements, including designing simulation concepts and architectures, building basic network structures, and coordinating Technical Integration Working Groups, Event Operational Tests, and Event Functional Tests. You must establish and manage SIMCON, LOCON, and MSEL or Scenario Writing Cells, ensuring all necessary workstations, networks, and communications systems are in place while applying current live, virtual, and constructive training techniques and IT tools to maximize training effectiveness. Additionally, the specialist supports the planning, coordination, synchronization, and execution of all simulation‑related training events throughout the Joint Event Life Cycle and collaborates with organizations such as USNORTHCOM. Performance standards require delivering realistic simulation environments, providing informed simulation and IT network recommendations, and meeting all training support requirements with only minor Government intervention. Work with us to apply your knowledge to develop simulated trainings environments to execute exercise scenarios and vignettes that support USNORTHCOM and USAWHC events and exercises. Further your career while creating mission-forward solutions that matter. Join us. The world can’t wait.
