About the position
We are seeing a Modeling Lab Technician to support our SPICE modeling services using the latest IV family of tools. In this role, you will perform electrical measurements, including DC, AC and S-parameter characterization on variety of semiconductor devices. You will also assist our engineering team in maintaining, calibrating, and supporting lab equipment to ensure optimal performance and reliability. This role will be onsite in our Santa Clara Lab location.
Responsibilities
- Supporting and maintaining the engineering lab equipment.
- Perform electrical measurements to acquire I-V, C-V and S-parameter data on various devices, such as Diode, BJT, TFT, MOSFET, SOI MOS, Power MOS.
- Special projects as needed
Requirements
- Experience or education in handling and maintaining electrical equipment.
- Familiarity in electrical device measurement and characterization equipment such as Keysight (Agilent, HP) and/or Keithley parametric analyzer or equivalent, LCR meter, etc.
- Familiar with Windows or Linux.
