Requirements

Familiarity with the industry's general concepts, practices, and procedures (required)

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with industry standards, including ASME, ASTM, and ANSI (preferred)
Experience working in a production environment (preferred)
SolidWorks proficiency (preferred)

Responsibilities

Leading engineering functions for the FRP tank molding processes, including filament winding, spincast, and molding top/bottom heads
Clearly defining and documenting SOPs, work instructions, and audit standards to ensure production consistency across shifts
Leading trial plans for new resins, glass rovings, additives, gelcoats, release agents, and liners
Properly qualifying materials and updating specifications for new products
