You will help maintain safe production, troubleshoot basic issues, and support overall efficiency on the manufacturing floor.

Requirements

Experience in a manufacturing or production environment (plastics or molding experience is an asset).
Ability to operate or learn to operate molding machines and basic CNC or conventional equipment.
Good mechanical aptitude and ability to follow detailed instructions.
Strong attention to safety and product quality.
Ability to work within established procedures and ask for guidance when needed.
Reliable, team-oriented, and able to work with moderate supervision.

Responsibilities

Operating molding machines and related equipment according to established procedures.
Setting up machines, including loading raw materials, adjusting feed, speed, and temperature.
Monitoring machine cycles and performing quality checks on finished products.
Measuring, cutting, trimming, and preparing materials for production processing.
Performing routine equipment changes and basic troubleshooting.
Recording production data, counts, and any machine or quality issues.
Working with team members to maintain production schedules and meet daily targets.
Following all safety, quality, and housekeeping standards.
